If you are visiting Romania on a conference trip and are a citizen of a non-EU country, you may need a visa.

The visa letter for supporting your visa application will be provided by the organizers. Please complete your conference registration, and then complete the Invitation Letter Request Form. For more details write an email at .

Please Note: Visa requests will be processed only after you have completed your registration to ECIS 2022, and you have paid the conference fee (information that we will receive in the daily report from the registration system).

Please Note: As Visa request can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than two months prior to the conference.
